A delicious, tummy-filling experience at Papa John's

Hubby and I went on a post-Valentine's date yesterday. Since we wanted it to be special, we opted for a resto we've never eaten in before. Off we went to Robinsons Galleria's Veranda and stopped by a restaurant named Papa John's.

A renowned pizza chain in the US with branches all over the world, Papa John's instantly caught our attention with the mouth-watering photos of their pizzas on the menu. Curiosity also got the best of us, as we wondered how Papa John's is different from the other pizza chains here in the metro.

We ordered the Super Papa's pizza (which I think is their house special), Chicken and Corn Soup, Seafood Carbonara (with penne noodles), Green Apple Soda, and Blueberry Cheesecake. My apologies for the quality of the photos, they were taken with my phone's camera. :)

We spent around Php 830 for everything (inclusive of service charge), good for 2 persons. Price points are fair at face value, but considering how stuffed we were even before the cheesecake was served, I can say that Papa John's gave us great value for our money. While each dish was delicious, hubby and I consider the Super Papa's the runaway winner. Dip it in the garlic butter sauce, and it's heaven!

Eating at Papa John's is a good experience, not just for its great food but also for its homey ambience (albeit the branch in Galleria seems a bit small), friendly staff and speedy service. We'll probably be back for more, that's for sure. For the meantime, I'm liking their Facebook page. :)
